I’m Natalie Shoaf, real estate agent, mom, grandmom, a supporter of the creative arts, and a love of all things about the Unforgettable Coast which includes Mexico Beach, Port St Joe, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Apalachicola, St. George Island, and Alligator Point.
My family and I have lived in this area since 2004. Prior to that, my family for generations has enjoyed the area's natural beauty from Howards Creek to the beach. It’s quaint, tranquil, and breathtakingly beautiful. The white sugar sand beaches stretch for miles and are still undeveloped. You won’t find high-rise condos here either. It’s truly a slower-paced lifestyle.
In 2018, Hurricane Michael nearly devastated this area. It is now in a hearty rebound. The City of Mexico Beach is continually improving the utility infrastructure, to not only rebuild but improve the area so that it can support the permanent residents and our seasonal visitors.
The community offers family-owned businesses that offer some of the best seafood, artwork, jewelry, and live music you can find! You will see individuals who live or vacation here enjoying a relaxed way of life that includes fresh/saltwater fishing, kayaking, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, tanning, shopping, horseback riding, crabbing, scalloping, beach strolling, attending bonfires, looking for the perfect shell and boating just to name a few.
My passion lies in both real estate and the cultural arts in the area. The America’s Great Plein Air Paint-out happens every spring. Artists come from all over to paint the beautiful landscapes of our area. There are activities to enjoy for the whole family around this event.
The historic Port Theater Art & Culture Center is located in the business district on Reid Avenue in Port St Joe. The theater was heavily damaged during Hurricane Michael. However, we are working our way back to the restoration.
I know that I can help you find and through the process of selling or buying a property in our area. Feel free to call or text me at(850)227-4355 and we can schedule the perfect time to talk or meet.
I look forward to working with you.
